In response to the great success of our website and the very helpful suggestions received from our customers, we are pleased to introduce many improvements to the site.

NOW - FREE POSTAGE within the UK

Thanks to database technology, you can now run complex Searches on our entire stock list. You can search by manufacturer, material, the type of item, or any other key word in the description. If you're a regular visitor, we automatically mark the new items to save you time, and you can search just these items if you wish.

Our Catalogue section has been completely overhauled too, and you can even place an online reservation for any item. We will contact you by email to confirm if the item is still available and will agree shipping costs etc.

Our section previously called Manufacturers is now called Histories and contains several new pages of historical notes on the glass and ceramic manufacturers. We intend to add to these as time allows.

If you're not in the UK, you can now see our Sterling prices converted to one of a selection of other currencies, thanks to our currency converter. The conversions are approximate, as a guide only, and the final price will depend on the rates and commissions offered by your bank or credit card company.

Behind the scenes, the site has also been optimised to run better in all web browsers, and to meet W3C HTML and CSS coding standards.
